Duel
High, middle or low. Read the blade, meet it, answer it.
About
A sword fight is a conversation about three heights, and your opponent always speaks first.
They wind up in one line. Put your blade there before it lands and you parry, which staggers them for about three quarters of a second — long enough to answer, not long enough to think. Miss the line and you take it.
From the second opponent onward they start feinting: showing one line and switching late. From the third they sometimes come straight back at you without the usual pause. Three cuts puts one down, and the next one is faster.
You have three lives for the whole run. The tempo never stops climbing.
